The arrest of Krisda Phupui, 26, operator of a computer shop in Phasi Charoen
district, followed a complaint filed by a 20-year-old girl student.
The university student said in her July 21 complaint that she and Krisda stayed
in a hotel in North Pattaya on May 26 this year. They had been lovers for four
years. The man asked her to take off her clothes and took six or seven pictures
of her with a digital camera. The two later had a fight and broke up.
On July 11 she received a phone call from a man who said he received an email
with a nude picture of her, a telephone number and a message that she was a
college girl and was available for sex in return for some cash. She received
many other calls asking to take her out for sex.
