"I had no idea it was being turned into a porn film. They've used my face on
some other girl in scenes showing intercourse. It's very embarrassing,"
complained Sheikh.
The director, Irfan, apparently told Sheikh that the inclusion of the sex
scenes was "necessary to sell the film". "He said it made business sense,"
added Sheikh.
Irfan refuted Sheikh's allegation saying there was a misunderstanding. "She has
worked with me in three other films and we've never had any problems. I've not
made the porn version.
My film is a decent movie and I have no idea who made the other one," he
claimed. He added that he would clear things out with the actress.
Who is Tannu Sheikh?
She's a small-time actress who's appeared in serials like Shehnai on Star Plus
and Talaq Kyon on Doordarshan. Sheikh also appeared in TV commercials like
Nirma. Sheikh's first role in films came with Market, a Manisha
Koirala-starrer, based on the lives of sex workers.
Tannu Sheikh, an actress in C-grade films, has alleged that a director used her
