Indian girl given hormones for sex trade

New Dehli - Indian police have rescued a 12-year-old girl who was kidnapped
five years ago when she was just seven and fed hormones to prepare her for
prostitution, a newspaper has reported.
Along with another young girl thought to have been kidnapped when she was four,
she was freed in a weekend raid on a hideout at Agra, home to the Taj Mahal,
the Hindu daily said on Tuesday. No age was given for the second girl.
Police have arrested eight people, including two married couples, who they said
admitted injecting the girls with hormones to speed their growth so they could
be sold to pimps in Bombay.
