Prostitution racket busted in Jaipur

Jaipur - In a shocking episode, the Jaipur police have busted a prostitution
racket being run under the guise of massage parlours.
Raids on half a dozen massage parlours in the city have revealed that massage
centres were being used to provide a range of sexual services.
The police have arrested 15 people for the flesh trade.
“We got information that some massage parlours were being used as prostitution
dens. Their modus operandi was to book customers by phone. So we sent fake
customers and that helped us to expose this,” said Sanjay Aggarwal, SP, Jaipur.
Shiv Sena
The 15 people arrested by the police include Parth Mandal, the Jaipur
spokesperson of the Shiv Sena, who recently led the party's protests against
Bollywood film 'Girlfriend' in Jaipur.
An MBA from Bangalore, Mandal has been involved in Sena activities in Jaipur
since 1998.
“He is an office bearer of the Shiv Sena but we have arrested him for such
activities. This is a contradiction as the Shiv Sena protests against vulgar
films but their own man is involved in such activities,” said Sanjay Shotriya,
Additional SP, Jaipur.
Though parlour owners allegedly made over Rs 2 lakh a month, the girls were
given a monthly salary of just Rs 3,000. But as they came from poor families,
the girls could not oppose the racket nor their own exploitation.
