Many visitors to porn sites hold college degree

A recent survey found that about 98 per cent of visitors to 65 porn websites
are under the age of 35, with the youngest being only 15 as found in Zhejiang
Province, reports Xinhua Net.
The survey also found that two thirds have college degrees or above.
During the recent crack down on pornography a senior student at Zhejiang
University of Sciences was arrested in a campaign against porn websites. The
student indulged in porn first and then developed a website himself.
The website attracted more than 50,000 registered members and earned him more
than 100,000 yuan (US$12,100) before the police caught him.
Local educationalists attributed the situation to an imbalance between academic
and moral education.
